1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 32,844,740 and KRW 27,00,000 among them, from September 30, 2016 to November 2016.

1. According to each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including each number), facts such as the entry of the reasons for the claim in the annexed sheet are recognized.

Therefore, the Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff the balance of the principal and interest of KRW 32,844,740 as well as the principal KRW 27,00,000 as the principal and interest of KRW 27,00,000 from September 30, 2016 to November 10, 2016, which is the day following the date of the final delivery of the instant complaint, to the day of the final delivery of the instant complaint, 8.5% per annum, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and Defendant B is liable to pay damages for delay within the limit of KRW 35,10,00 per annum.

2. The Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants is accepted in full.
