A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Injury or injury inflicted by interfering with special duties;

A. Therefore, even though the injured party discovered the defendant, ske the light string, and demanded the driver to set up and stop the above car on the side of the driver's seat, the defendant was faced with the victim's right bridge part on the side of the driver's seat by speeding down the above car and moving it to the above car.

As a result, the Defendant carried a vehicle, which is a dangerous object, interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers concerning the crackdown on driving of alcohol, etc., and thereby, the Defendant suffered injury, such as salted cat for about two weeks in need of medical treatment.

B. On February 28, 2017, around 01:25, the Defendant: (a) stopped the said car in front of the city of Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu; and (b) discovered the police vehicle that was protruding the Defendant while checking whether the said car was damaged by the said car; and (c) was on board the said car to escape again.

Therefore, the injured party prevented the right side portion of the above vehicle, and lowered from the police vehicle stopped to the driver's seat from the right side of the above vehicle, leaving the front part of the above vehicle to the front side of the vehicle, and avoided the window on the side side of the driver's seat by drinking the above vehicle. However, the defendant draw the above vehicle, and the injured party got back the vehicle, and the damaged party gets down with both hand in order to prevent the defendant's escape, and even though he stopped, the injured party saw the two knick part of the bitle part of the above vehicle.
