1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 27,400,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from October 17, 2015 to the day of full payment.

In full view of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the plaintiff is awarded a contract with the defendant for construction price of KRW 37,400,000 from April 28, 2014, and the plaintiff has been awarded a contract with the defendant for construction price of KRW 37,40

6. Until October 21, 200, it can be recognized that the Defendant received reimbursement of KRW 10,000 from the Defendant. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the construction cost of KRW 27,400,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 17, 2015 to the date of full payment, as sought by the Plaintiff.
