1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,100,000 as well as 15% per annum from September 4, 2015 to the date of full payment.

If Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 added the purport of the entire pleadings, the plaintiff was awarded a contract for electrical construction from the defendant on January 20, 2015 among the factory construction works of A-Ground Corporation A, Young-si, and completed construction on March 31, 2015, and the plaintiff and the defendant set the contract price as KRW 78,100,000 (including additional tax) and agreed to pay the construction price within ten days after completion.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the balance of the construction cost of KRW 23.1 million, which the Plaintiff seeks to receive KRW 55 million out of the agreed construction cost, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 4, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case sought by the Plaintiff after the due date.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
