A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. At night, around September 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of bicycles at night; (b) 103 dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong (hereinafter “Defendant”) and intrudes as if the Defendant was a resident; and (c) 700,000

2. Intrusion upon residence and theft;

A. On October 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 15:20 on October 14, 2014, up to 15 stories of the above apartment, through the central entrance of the center where the victim G located in Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu, was stolen, and did not correct the bicycle, thereby infringing upon the victim’s residence.

In addition, from around that time to March 30, 2015, the Defendant invadedd the victims’ residence four times in total as shown in the attached Table (i.e., the List).

B. On October 14, 2014, around 15:20 on October 14, 2014, the Defendant, at around 108 Dong-dong 1501, carried out a bicycle with a locking device at the market price equivalent to KRW 4.70,00,00 in the victim G owned by the Defendant.

In addition, from around that time to March 30, 2015, the Defendant stolen the bicycles of the victims four times in total as described in the attached Table (i.e., crimes).

3. On November 14, 2014, around 20:35, at night, the Defendant: (a) committed an intrusion on the front corridor of 1103 apartment units; (b) laid down the front corridor; (c) laid down the front corridor of 1103 apartment units; and (d) laid down one bicycle with the market price of 170,000 won at the victim J-owned market owned by the Defendant.

In addition, from around that time to March 10, 2015, the Defendant is as shown in the annexed Table of Crimes.
