(A) The crime No. 1-A of the judgment of the defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for 4 months, and imprisonment for 1-B and 2-B of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny, theft, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court, and was sentenced to two years of suspended execution on July 16, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive and is still under suspended execution.

[Criminal facts]

1. Night-time theft;

A. On April 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime around April 26, 2016, when the victim D was living in Jung-si, the government around 23:54 on April 26, 2016, in order to steals the bicycle, the Defendant invaded the victim’s residence by entering the said apartment 19th floor corridor; and (b) cut down the lock device using a cutting machine prepared in advance for 300,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim by intrusion upon the victim's residence at night.

B. From Oct. 5, 2016 to Feb. 4, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime between around Oct. 5, 2016 and Feb. 4, 2017, when he/she was an apartment in which the victim F, a victim F, who was in the Gu-si E around Oct. 5, 2016, resides, in order to steals the bicycle, he/she entered the 11th floor of the above apartment, intrudes on the victim’s residence, and then me at the market price equivalent to KRW 50,00,000, the victim’s ownership

From that time to February 4, 2017, in addition to taking locking devices using a locker prepared in advance, the total market price of KRW 8,330,000 was stolen on six occasions, as shown in the daily list of crimes, from that time, until February 4, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victims' residence at night and stolen the property owned by the victims.

2. On November 30, 2016, from around 13:00 to around 14:30 on the same day, the Defendant came into an apartment in which the victim H located in Speaker-si G from around 14:30 on the same day, and used a cutting machine with a 14th floor of the above apartment to intrude into the victim’s residence in order to steals the bicycle, and then prepared one Track bicycle with the market value equivalent to KRW 9.60,00 in the victim’s possession.
