A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. The Defendant: (a) confirmed the windows that turn flick on by flying a alleyway in the heart; and (b) when there exists a female, she laid the gas pipeline or fence, and stolen the form, or taken a photograph of the picture.

On August 24, 2012, at around 23:24, the Defendant discovered the windows that turn on a fire in the front of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and found the victim D (V, 43 years old) her body, confirmed the fact that the victim D (V, 43 years old) was her body in the bed, and taken the victim's body photograph by using a cell phone which was located on the wall.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.

B. On April 13, 2013, at around 01:26, the Defendant discovered a house in front of the eudio heading in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and took a photograph of the victim’s body photograph, i.e., the victim’s name influence (including approximately 30 years of age) off his/her clothes, and taken a toilet with his/her own cell phone to confirm that the victim’s name influence (including around 30 years of age) goes out of his/her clothes, and taken a photograph of his/her body photograph.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.

C. On April 28, 2013, at around 01:47, the Defendant re-exploited at the port of paragraph 1-b, and confirmed that the said victim was taking a bath in the same manner through the window, and taken the victim’s b body photograph by the same method.

Accordingly, the defendant is against his will, by using a camera or other similar mechanism, likely to cause sexual humiliation or shame.
