A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Illegal confinement;

A. The Defendant lived at the victim’s house on the premise of the victim’s B (n, 28 years of age) and marriage, and the victimized person was dissatisfied with the defect on the ground of the Defendant’s debt-related relationship.
