A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was married with the victim C on November 2014 and was in a marital relationship with the victim C.

1. In the middle of January 2015, the Defendant was detained, on the ground that the injured party, at the residence of 101, in Ansan-si, Seoul Metropolitan City, on the ground that the injured party is suspected of having a female-related relationship with the Defendant, and asked him/her according to his/her female relationship. On the ground that he/she was sexualized, he/she saw the injured party’s panty, and her panty was shired.

The Defendant continued to take away the victim’s wall, cut off the victim’s cell phone, and 10 times from the victim’s face and line by drinking and sprinking, and supervised the victim so that the victim may not come out of his house, while divinging the entrance door.

From six days to six days thereafter, the injured party opened a beer door by avoiding the surveillance of the accused, and detained the accused to prevent the victim from leaving the house for six days.

2. The Defendant who attempted rape, at around 22:00 on June 2, 2017, would leave the victim’s house without living together with the Defendant in a residential area located in Pyeongtaek-si E;

3.
