A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was the victim C (V, 23 years old) and the person who returned from July 12, 2017 to December 7, 2017.

1. A special intimidation Defendant: (a) from around 02:00 on February 11, 2018 to around 05:00 on the same day, between the victim’s residence in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the victim : (b) with a knife a knife of the victim’s body located above the victim’s body that he/she wants to sleep, and (c) with a knife a knife a knife, which is a dangerous object on the knife of the knife of the knife, in which the victim intends to flee; and (d) with a knife a knife, knife and knife a knife, which is a dangerous object on the knife, in front of the victim.

One person may die among the two persons.

"The victim threatened the victim".

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. On February 11, 2018, from around 02:00 to around 05:00 on the same day, the Defendant laid down his body with the victim in order for the victim to escape from the Defendant, as in the preceding paragraph, at the same place as in the preceding paragraph, and when the victim was scambling the Defendant’s sexual organ, and scambling the victim’s sexual organ. The victim scambling the victim’s head, kniffing the victim’s head, knife the victim’s head, knife the victim’s knife the victim’s knife, and knife the victim’s knife, and prevented the victim from reporting the victim’s cell phone to the police force, such as threatening the victim with the knife’s cell phone as in the preceding paragraph.

Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim.
