Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,500,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 22:50 on August 11, 2013, Defendant A brought about the issue of using the F cafeteria operated by Defendant and the G cafeteria operated by the wife in the victim B (the age of 57) in the south-si, Namyang-si, the Defendant damaged the victim’s face for about three weeks of medical treatment.

2. Defendant B, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), followed the problem of using the victim A (the age of 50) and the above public parking lot, and dried the victim when she met the face of the victim due to the drinking drinking, she saw the victim beyond the floor, and continuously damaged the victim’s head and chest when she met the victim’s head and chest.
