A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bchip motor vehicles.

On July 22, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car at around 23:01, and proceeded along one lane between the two-lanes at the direction of the patrol box, which is located in the Samho-gu, Samho-gun, Young-gun, Samnam-gun, Samnam-gun, to the intersection of the private distance.

At the same time, the traffic signals are installed, and there is a vehicle that is left left at the right edge of the road at the time, so there was a duty of care to observe the signal to the person engaged in driving service and to prevent the accident in advance by safely driving it with the right edge of the course.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time, destroyed the said scar car to have an amount equivalent to KRW 4,330,861 of repair cost, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as stopping, and providing relief to the victim.
