피고인은 중국 국적의 외국인으로, 성명 불 상의 보이스 피 싱 조직원( 위 챗 닉네임 ‘C’ )으로부터 수거 금액의 4% 의 대가를 받기로 하고 위 성명 불 상의 보이스 피 싱 조직원의 지시에 따라 피해자들 로부터 돈을 교부 받아 환전 책 등에게 전달하는 ‘ 현금 수거 책’ 역할을 맡기로 보이스 피 싱 조직원들과 공모하였다.
