Punishment of the crime

No passenger on board shall smoke in an airplane to ensure the safe flight of an airplane and travel of passengers.

Nevertheless, around 20:50 on December 14, 2018, the Defendant started the Jeju Airport and smoked tobacco held in the toilet in the above aircraft around 21:50 on the same day as a passenger boarding B scheduled to arrive at the Busan Kimhae Airport.
