Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

No passenger on board shall smoke in an airplane in order to ensure the safe transportation of the airplane and passengers and travel.

On January 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) boarded Macro Macro studa, which started on January 3, 2016, and was on the same day, to be a passenger who was trying to enter an international airport in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and to be a plane captain, etc., and (b) smoked once again on the tobacco tobacco possessed at L35 toilets in the flag of the same day, despite a prior warning prohibiting smoking in the flag, the Defendant: (c) smoked once with a string with a string in the beginning of 12:00 on the same day.
