A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person engaged in the visual sales business in the trade name of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Category B in 101.
1. Crimes of manufacturing and selling DNA visibility;
A. From July 2008 to December 2, 2012, the Defendant forged the presidential emblem and signature, which are air signs, in a total of 70 presidential visibility by manufacturing the emblem and signature of D President from D in the same page, and printing the above insignia and signature on the front and rear side of the visibility.
(b) A. 1-A. for the Defendant to participate in forged air events and forged public signature events.
During the period stated in the paragraph, 70 presidential visibilitys produced by forging the insignia and signature of the D President via the Internet, etc. were sold at the prices of KRW 20,00 or KRW 40,000 per unit, and used forged air and forged public signature.
2. Crimes of manufacturing and selling visual images of the President E;
A. From January 2013 to September 2013, the Defendant: (a) made the emblem and signature of the President E in the same page from January 2013 to September 2013; (b) made 84 presidential visual finished products in total by printing the emblem and signature on the front and rear side of the visibility; (c) additionally made 14 presidential visual half-finished products, and 134 presidential insignia and signature that are forged; and (d) forged the presidential insignia and the signature of the President, which is an air sign.

The error in the subsection seems to be a clerical error.
During the period stated in the paragraph, 56 President's emblem and signature were sold at the prices of 20,000 to 40,000 won per unit and used forged air and forged public signature.
