A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

5,700,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional charges.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person dealing with narcotics, the Defendant treated Mepter (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) who is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. On May 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) decided to contact a person without a name (DID 'E', 'F') who sells phiphones with D in the vicinity of the branch office of the bank located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, to purchase and sell phiphones; (b) then, using a cash automatic withdrawal machine located in the said branch office of the bank institution C to transfer 300,000 won to the account of G bank in the name of G designated by the above person without a name; (c) around that time, the Defendant purchased 0.5 g of the phiphones by finding out approximately 0.5 g of the phiphones, which was concealed in advance by the above person without a name (H: the account number): and (d) purchased 250,000 won in the aggregate of 250,000 won in attached Form 2, from that time to July 20, 2018.

2. On May 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) operated by the Defendant who parked in a body near J elementary school located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul at around 23:10.

In the KMW car, approximately 0.1g of philophonephones were put above the gambling place, and was administered as soon as possible by means of a smoke. In addition, from that to August 1, 2018, all of the 0.6g g of philophones were administered in the same way six times from that to that of August 1, 2018, respectively.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 5586" is not a person handling narcotics.

A. On October 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 23:12 on October 17, 2017; (b) Melopphones using D(SNS); (c) Melopphones (one philopphone; hereinafter “philopphones”); (d) Melopphones, a local mental medicine, in M in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.
