Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 2014, the Defendant, along with C, D, prepared a false real estate lease agreement as if D leased 102 Dong 403, Gwangju Mine-gu E 102, Dong 403, owned by D, and subsequently, intended to receive a housing lease loan from the Korea Housing Finance Corporation to pay for the housing lease loan guaranteed by the Korea Housing Finance Corporation by submitting it to financial institutions.
Around June 19, 2014, the defendant and the above C and D prepared a false real estate lease agreement with the purport that "D has leased the above apartment to the defendant with a deposit amount of KRW 110 million on the date of the contract, and the defendant paid the down payment to D," and submitted a false real estate lease agreement to the new bank located in the Gwangju Mine-gu to the employee in charge of loans in the name of the new bank located in the Gwangju Mine-gu and submitted the above lease agreement, and D has made an application for a loan of KRW 77 million on the deposit money, and D has entered into the lease agreement with the purport that it actually concluded the lease agreement around the same month."
