1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2014, the Defendant conspiredd with B (personal information) and C (Suspension of Prosecution) on May 2, 2014, prepared a false real estate lease agreement as if he/she leased No. 102 and 403 building D in Gwangju Mine-gu owned by the Defendant to C, and submitted it to the financial institution by the Korea Housing Finance Corporation to obtain a housing lease loan guaranteed by the Korea Housing Finance Corporation, and divided the loan.

Around June 19, 2014, Defendant and the above B and C prepared a false real estate lease contract with the purport that “The Defendant leased the above apartment to C in the rent of KRW 110 million, and C paid the down payment to the Defendant on June 19, 2014,” and submitted to the new bank in the name of the new bank mining finance center located in Gwangju Mine District to the effect that “The Defendant was an employee in charge of loaning KRW 77 million,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,00,00,00.

In collusion with the above B and C, the Defendant, by deceiving the employees in charge of the above loan in the above manner, and by deceiving the said employees, was transferred KRW 77 million from the new bank of the victim to the account of Gwangju Bank in the name of the Defendant, around July 4, 2014.
