A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2005, the Defendant, who is the Joseon People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "China"), was a ship of the nationality of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "China"), had forged the Chinese family register in the name of Do and E, as if he was the F, F, his father, who was his father, in the name of D and E, in the name of the Republic of Korea, and used it to run in the Republic of Korea.

1. Around June 19, 2007, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for special naturalization to the effect that the Defendant is a national of the Republic of Korea and E’s son F; and (b) submitted a false document, such as a copy of the Chinese passport in the name of “F”, a copy of heading Dong-gu, and a copy of a certification of friendship relationship, and a public official under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice, to have the refugee of the Ministry of Justice examine the application; (c) applied for a written examination for naturalization in the name of F on April 24, 2010; and (d) applied for a written examination for naturalization on or around December 21, 2010; and (d) acquired the nationality of the Republic of Korea in the name of F without permission on August 1, 2011.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the performance of duties of public officials in charge of naturalization belonging to the Ministry of Justice by fraudulent means.

2. On September 5, 201, the Defendant: (a) acquired the nationality of the Republic of Korea in the public service center in the office of the Dong-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si, Seosan-si; (b) even when Chinese nationality A (G); (c) submitted a resident registration report to a public official in charge of resident registration who knows that fact; and (d) had the public official in charge of resident registration recorded false records in the public electronic records system; and (c) exercised the same by making it registered in the public official in charge of resident registration system that was recorded false records at around that time.

3. Any person who has entered false matters in a passport and violated the Passport Act shall be required to have a passport issued or reissued;
