1. The Defendant’s KRW 37,879,836 and KRW 130,141,915 among the Plaintiff and its KRW 337,879,836, and KRW 207,737,921 among the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

가. 원고는 토목건축공사업, 전기공사업 등을 영위하는 법인으로서, 인천 중구 B블럭 72,182.593㎡ 지상 1,628세대 규모의 공동주택인 C 아파트(이하 ‘이 사건 아파트’라 한다)를 신축, 분양하는 사업의 시행사 겸 시공사이다.
