Punishment of the crime

The Defendant immediately received KRW 15 million from the victim who believed that he had been aware of it, as a notarial expense, in the name of the Defendant, and received KRW 283.5 million in total by receiving KRW 15 million around the 10th day of the same month from the post office deposit account in the name of the Defendant, and KRW 118.5 million around the 15th day of the same month and receiving KRW 18.5 million from the 15th day of the same month.
