A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2014, around 15:10 on September 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a vehicle B without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 50 meters section from the runways adjacent to the Mat to the coast distance located in the same Si/Gun/Gu.
