Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is driving a Bsch Rexton car in the course of business.

1. On June 24, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, driving the above vehicle around 15:00, and driving the vehicle at the racing-type 717, agricultural cooperatives, and the Robol Culture Center at the Robol Culture Center at the Robol Cultural Center.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to check parked vehicles and safely drive them to prevent traffic accidents.
