A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2017, around 15:30 on August 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) moved to D motor vehicles without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 5 km from Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Masan-dong to the shooting distance of the 173 branch hospital, as Seoul, as the bankruptcy of Gangnam-gu.
