Punishment of the crime

1. On March 5, 2004, as the representative director of AC (hereinafter “AC” or “AD”) established for consulting services, etc. for redevelopment or reconstruction projects, B completed the registration of a specialized management business entity for maintenance and improvement projects (hereinafter “maintenance business”) deemed public officials in Seoul Special Metropolitan City under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) on May 3, 2004, and completed the registration of a specialized management business entity for maintenance and improvement projects (hereinafter “AE”), a non-registered business entity established for the purpose of dispatching human resources and consulting services, etc. on a substantial basis, and can exercise influence through providing money and other valuables.
