1. Around March 6, 2017, at around 18:00, the Defendant invaded upon C’s structure, entering the warehouse, following the passage of the warehouse, for the purpose of theft of electric power lines located in C, operated by the victim E, who was located in C. On December 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was in the residence of the victim L in the East Sea at night; (b) around 22:00, the Defendant: (c) opened a corrected entrance by a imprising method; and (d) cut off the victim L with a tool such as a string 2, 2, 3, 1, 1, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 1, 1, and 1, etc. of the market price at which the victim was in possession.
