A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On November 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for night structure intrusion larceny in Seoul Eastern District Court and completed the execution of the sentence in Daegu Prison on July 11, 2017.

1. On July 26, 2017, at around 01:54, the Defendant was in possession of the CCTV installed in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City “Ecafeteria” for the victim’s operation, and the CCTV installed in the building was removed from the house of the kitchen, was removed from the house of the kitchen, was destroyed by breaking the CCTV installed in the building, and went into the window through the window, and then intruded into the door, and the victim’s market price in the place is equivalent to KRW 1,000,000, the market price in amount of KRW 1,000.

3. A thief: (a) around July 25, 2017, the Defendant: (b) within the “J convenience store” located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu) around 01:00; (c) took advantage of the gaps in which surveillance by the victim K, an employee, was neglected; and (d) stolen the thief, having a 2,000 make at the market price owned by the market
