A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to conduct domestic fee-charging job placement services has to register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, but on February 2, 2015, he/she installed a signboard " recruitment of seafarers" in the Si/Gun/Gu located in the Do of Busan, Busan, on which he/she recruited seafarers job seekers, recruited seafarers job seekers, introduced them to D on May 10, 201, and made them board the ship on the pretext of transfer of 30,000 won in cash to E on June 2, 2015.
