A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. In collusion with F, G, H, and I on July 10, 2014, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement on the condition that the Defendant would deposit and pay 4,477,700 won monthly rent for 60 months in the name of F, G, and K office located in Seongbuk-gu, Sung-gu, Sung-gu, Sung-gu, Seoul, and H, H, and I introduced the Defendant as the head of the said company, G, and F, who is the representative director of the said company. G and F, the representative director of the said company, through L, who is a vehicle selling member of the said company, lent and used the F, U.S. P. 8 SP. 5.2, FSI car for 60 months, and paid 4,477,700 won at the monthly rent.

around 01:00 on July 22, 2014, the Defendant borrowed KRW 60 million from O in an apartment complex where the name of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangdong-dong cannot be known at a low time around July 25, 2014 and offered the said car as security for the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant embezzled the said car in collusion with F, G, I, and H in an amount equivalent to KRW 235,727,650 at the market price owned by the victim.

B. From August 2013, the Defendant: (a) around the end of Gangnam-gu Seoul Samsungdong; (b) around the end of the lease contract, P purchased and embezzled by arbitrarily disposing of it to Q, R, and S; (c) TMW 760Li car in an amount equivalent to KRW 100,000; (d) UW 1 car in an amount equivalent to KRW 75,000,000, the market price of the victim’s character capital; (c) 200,000,000, VW 500,000, which is the market price of the victim’s character capital; (d) 1 car in an amount of KRW 70,700,000,000; and (e) 40,000,000,000,000,000 won in total; and (e) 1,50,000,000,05,000.
