A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Two (No. 3) motor vehicle number plates seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. (1) On September 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime against the victim D’s key to a passenger car; (b) committed a theft by having one of the two keys of the Ebenz S500 car, the victim’s possession of the victim, at the victim’s house located in a Buddhist apartment complex located in the Western-dong, Seonam-gu, Seonam-gu, Seonam-gu, Seonam-gu.

(2) On October 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by driving a vehicle at the time zone for a passenger car with the victim’s market price of KRW 48 million, as the aforementioned key from the G oil station front of the G oil station located in the Revised Sinnam-si F, Sungnam-si; (b) around October 25, 2013, the Defendant stolen the vehicle.

B. Around November 23, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim H, using the pents and drackers prepared in advance at the front parking lot of the victim’s house located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, to set off the front number plate and the rear number plate, which is the victim’s possession, and cut off the seals.

2. Around November 23, 2013, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) attached two car registration number plates which stolen, such as paragraph (1)(b) using pents and dricks, at the same place as paragraph (b) of Article 1, at around November 23, 2013; and (b) attached two car registration number plates to passenger cars, such as paragraph (1)(A).

Accordingly, the defendant used the marks of public offices for the purpose of exercising them unlawfully, and used the registration number plate unlawfully.

3. On November 6, 2013, from around 23:30 on November 6, 2013 to around 23:00 on March 13:0, 2015, the Defendant exercised an air defense for unlawful use by operating a passenger car with a motor vehicle registration number C as prescribed in paragraph (2).
