Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.
However, the above judgment against the Defendants for two years from the date of this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From March 2016, Defendant A served as a staff member of the Victim, Loyal, Inc., Ltd. located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and went away, Defendant A thoughtd to raise money by destroying a siren owned by the victimized company and disposing of it.
A. On June 1, 2016, around 22:30 on June 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of intrusion on a structure at night; (b) the Defendant removed a locking device by placing clothes in the entrance cresh; (c) cutting the locking device inside the door, and opened the entrance; and (d) intruded into the said office, and cut off the G enz S500 smart key, HWz S50 smart key, and I Dori A8 smart key.
B. At around 00:21 on June 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft on the fourth floor parking lot under the 4th floor of the building “Maddd Mad Roddd Ba-2, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, by requesting a substitute driver to drive the said car parked in the said parking lot by driving the said car to the frontway of the K station located in the Dong-gu, Busan, Seoyang-gu, Seoul, with the market price of KRW 180,500,000, which was owned by the victimized company, as described in the above “1-A” (hereinafter “1-A”); and (b) caused the substitute driver to drive the said car parked in the said parking lot by driving it to the frontway of the K station located in the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.
2) On June 2, 2016, around 01:12, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of each of the above vehicles parked on the said parking lot by requesting a substitute driver to drive each of the above vehicles parked on the said parking lot to the two substitute drivers with the name of HWz S500 and I Aridi A8 driver whose name is unknown, such as the above “1-A” at the fourth floor parking lot of the building of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government World Cup 36, 18,000, 36,000, 36,000,000 won in the market price of HWz S5,00 and the market price of 1,50,000,000 won in the market price of the damaged company.
