Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the 1st floor D operator of the building underground in Leecheon-si.

Where fire-fighting systems, etc. of fire brigade objects are not installed, maintained or managed in compliance with statutes as a result of special investigation into fire-fighting, the head of a fire station may order related persons to take necessary measures

Nevertheless, on August 23, 2016, the Defendant failed to comply with an order to take measures against defective fire-fighting systems of the D, which is ordered by the President of Echeon Fire-Fighting Station, by September 30, 2016.

It is so decided as per Disposition by comprehensively taking account of all the factors leading to the crime of sentencing under Article 51 of the Criminal Act, including the background leading up to the crime of sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, the defendant's age, sexual conduct, environment, etc.
