Punishment of the crime

1. A person related to a specific fire-fighting water that Defendant A shall install, maintain, and manage a fire-fighting system in accordance with the fire safety standards, and the head of a fire station, etc. may order necessary measures to a person related to a specific fire-fighting water when the fire-fighting system is not installed, maintained, or managed in accordance with the fire safety standards, and persons related to a specific fire-fighting

Nevertheless, the Defendant was the representative director of social welfare foundation B, the owner of the D Hospital located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, which is a specific fire-fighting water, and did not comply with the order of the head of the fire station in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to install a sprinkler to the said D Hospital from February 12, 2019 until June 30, 2019.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the order to install fire-fighting systems of the chief of the fire station in accordance with the fire safety standards as a person related to a specific fire-fighting water without justifiable grounds.

2. The Defendant B, a representative of the Defendant, committed the same offense as that of the Defendant’s business.
