Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around March 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) obtained the F registration number plate of the rocketing car, the victim E lost, in his/her possession; (b) did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) embezzled as he/she had the intent to attach it to the benz car owned by the Defendant, without following necessary procedures, to use it.
2. At around 15:00 on July 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) returned the fixed or object of the JA registration number plate of another car owned by the victim I, who was parked in the “H” parking lot located in G at the sports Yang-si; and (b) removed it by hand.
3. Violation of the Automobile Management Act and illegal use of air defense;
A. On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant attached the F registration number plate acquired at the former K apartment parking lot, as prescribed in paragraph (1), to the front part of the events owned by the Defendant.
Accordingly, the defendant used a motor vehicle registration number plate illegally for the purpose of exercising it.
B. On July 16, 2013, the Defendant attached his/her J registration number plate, which was stolen at the L Apartment 103 parking lot at the sports Yangju-si, as prescribed in paragraph (2), on the back of the Benz car.
Accordingly, the defendant used a motor vehicle registration number plate illegally for the purpose of exercising it.
4. At around 15:00 on August 14, 2013, the Defendant operated the instant benz car with the registration number plate attached to each of the instant benz vehicles, as set forth in paragraph (3), from the N market located in Seoyang-gu M in Gyeyang-gu M to the Seodaemun-gu inspection station located in the same 7km-dong.
