Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant was unable to operate the said car on the grounds that the Defendant’s bents CS350 car directly imported from a foreign country failed to meet the exhaust gas and noise standards of the Republic of Korea, and thus, failed to assign a registration number plate and a license plate to the said car. On December 2, 2015, the Defendant was willing to operate the car by attaching the B low-speed car registration license plate, which was received and kept for the purpose of securing the first patrolman, on the said bents car.

around May 2018, the Defendant attached the B registration number plate to the said B B B-use car at the Suwon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C apartment D-dong parking lot.

Accordingly, the defendant used the registration number plate unlawfully and used it unlawfully.

2. On September 28, 2018, the Defendant driven a benz ls350 car with B registration number plate attached at the intersection in front of the White Children’s Park in 1053, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, 1053.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.
