A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 30, 2014, at around 05:38, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the victim D, who was under the influence of alcohol and was engaged in cleaning without any justifiable reason, within the “C” convenience store located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si B; (b) obstructed the victim’s duty of operating convenience stores for the victim, by avoiding the Defendant, for about 30 minutes, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s disturbance, by avoiding the Defendant’s escape and driving away from the victim.

2. The Defendant publicly insulting the victim F, a police officer belonging to the Busan, U.S. police station E district unit, who was called up after receiving 112 reports due to the Defendant’s crime of interference with business at the same date, time and place as above paragraph (1) of the foregoing Article, by openly talking the victim F, a police officer belonging to the Busan, U.S. police station E district unit, about the above D and in the presence of a large number of unspecified customers.
