A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 14, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch branch, and on October 15, 2010, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 2,00,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on September 7, 2012, on September 15, 201, the same court was sentenced to a suspension of execution of one year for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence of measurement) and became final and conclusive on September 15, 2012.
