A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1(knife 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as the husband of the victim C (the 53 years of age), was the father of the victim D(the 28 years of age) and the father of the victim D(the 28 years of age), exercised violence against the victims who are the family members of the ordinary family, and was living with other women since 7 years of age, and was living separately with the victims.

1. From around 10:00 on July 21, 2013, the Defendant rejected the victim C’s body’s e-mail Nos. 101 and 204, the victims’ residence, i.e., the Defendant: (a) e-mail 101 Dong 204, the victims’ mother; (b) the victim C rejected the victim’s body, stating that “I will not live like the party, but she will be her mother?”

Accordingly, the Defendant, as a result, committed so far from around nine hours to around 19:00 of the same day, putting the victim C with the view that “I will, if I do not gather her money, she will die,” and thereby, threatened the victim as if I would inflict any harm on the victim.

2. The Defendant, at around 21:00 on July 21, 2013, found him/her at the home of the victims for the same reason as Paragraph 1, at the same place as the Act on the Punishment of Violences, etc. (collective assault, etc.), and opened a door door to the victim D because he/she continued to open a door and sound his/her door.
