Criminal facts

1. The Defendant: (a) the victim B, who was the wife, tried to send a mobile phone text message to himself/herself, which read, “I am a pipe, and is difficult to get involved in his/her life.”

Around March 20, 2013, the Defendant threatened the victim with diving knife (the total length of 29cc and 16cc), which is a dangerous object at the house of the Defendant located on the second floor of the building C, the Defendant: (a) expressed a knife (the total length of 29cc and the knife length of 16cc) on March 9, 2013; and (b) expressed a large interest that “the Defendant would throw away the knife. k

2. At around 13:30 on April 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim to change the mobile phone at the same place as above; (b) as the refusal was made, the Defendant: (c) sealed the victim by using a static door, which is a dangerous object attached to the vehicle and continuously dangerous object (the total length of 22 cm); and (d) stamped the so-called “I will enter the house if I will not enter the house before the chron gue or the four gue gue and move well.”
