A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. From October 2, 2017 to October 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded with stairs through the gate opened in the victim’s residence in Jung-gu in Seoul, Jung-gu; (b) during the night from October 2, 2017 to October 9, 2017; and (c) stolen them with five panty typ in the aggregate of the market price owned by the victim, which is approximately KRW 50,000,00 in the market price of the victim, owned by the Defendant, who was suffering from the flusium by using the cres of the victim’s supervision neglected.

B. From October 29, 2017 to October 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) upon intrusion at the same place as paragraph (a) and then thefted a female pantyty in an amount of approximately KRW 50,000,00 in total of the market price owned by the victim, which was suffering from a dried-out as soon as possible; and (b) during the night, when the period from October 29, 201 to October 30, 2017 to October 30, 2017.

From November 11, 2017 to November 12, 2017, the Defendant thefted the Defendant, with approximately KRW 10,000,00,00 of the market price owned by the victim, which was suffering from the first dried stand in the same manner as paragraph (A), during the night of the night, when the period of self-determination elapsed from November 11, 2017 to November 12, 2017.

(d)

On November 27, 2017, around 03:25 on November 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the same place in the same manner as that of paragraph 1-A; and (b) stolen, with a brush of approximately KRW 30,000,000, the market price of the victim, who was suffering from the fladying site, was at least KRW 30,000,000.

2. From November 2017, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim’s house located in F in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, with a 60,000 won pantyty in the aggregate of the market price owned by the victim who was suffering from the dried gu, Seoul; and (b) stolen the victim’s house with six panty panty in the total amount of KRW 60,000,000, which was the victim’s house located in front of the dried gu, Seoul.

3. The Defendant committing the crime against the Victim G is in Jung-gu Seoul Central Government H during the night of October, 2017, when he/she was a patrol officer.
