Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Intrusion on a structure and theft;
A. On March 15, 2017, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance at the house where the victim D (Woo, 43 years old) located in Sinsan City, where the victim D (Woo, 43 years old) was not corrected; and (b) intruded into the ma unit; and (c) cut off the house with two panty lines equivalent to KRW 10,00,000 at the market price of the victim owned by the victim.
