At around 22:50 on September 7, 2013, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant driven approximately 1 k-meter of freight vehicle B from before the lower distance at the lower end of the Dong-dong at the lower end of Busan, the lower end of the Gu-dong at the lower end of Busan, to the roads 105, the lower end of the Gu-dong at the lower end of Busan, the Defendant driven approximately 1k-meter of freight vehicle.
