Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2014, at around 00:10, the Defendant driven BMF5 car at a section of about 400 meters from the lower limit of the alcohol distance at the bottom of Busan, to the lower limit of the oil station located at the lower limit of Busan, to the lower limit of the oil station at the lower limit of 0.127%.
