Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Resident Registration Act, the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, shall not unlawfully use another person's resident registration number; a person shall not damage information processed, stored, or transmitted through an information and communications network;

Nevertheless, at around 09:00 on December 5, 2013, the Defendant reported the victim’s driver’s license that he/she became aware of in the course of performing the transaction of items with the victim B at his/her own residence, and sent the victim’s resident registration number B (C) to the said driver’s license, thereby initializing the above B’s identification number, changing the password of the said B’s NAV e-mail (E), and then accessing the said B’s NA e-mail (E) to his/her cell phone (F), thereby changing the information of the above NA e-mail member used in “G”, which is the account of the said victim under the “Chh fishery”.

Accordingly, the defendant used the victim's resident registration number unlawfully, damaged other's information processed, stored, or transmitted through the information and communication network, and infringed on the information and communication network without access authority.

2. Around December 7, 2013, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud, using his/her cell phone on the Hungary’s bulletin board, posted a false letter to sell an item (a character: G) at the market price in the above B, using the title “H” in the title “duu Ba”.

However, the above item has no intention or ability to sell it with the item B.
