The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 70,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from July 15, 2009 to September 30, 2015 and the next day.

1. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings, the following facts are recognized in the statement No. 1 of recognized facts.

(1) On July 9, 2009, the Plaintiff filed a payment order with the Cheongju District Court 2009Da4179 and received an order to pay the Plaintiff KRW 70,000,000 and 20% interest per annum from the day following the delivery of the payment order to the day of complete payment.

The order to pay Sheet was served on July 14, 2009 on the defendant and became final and conclusive on July 29 of the same month.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 70,000,000 won with 20% per annum from July 15, 2009 to September 30, 2015, the following day of service of the payment order, 15% per annum from the next day to May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.

3. The plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
