1. Of the distribution schedule prepared on February 24, 2017 by the same court with respect to the case of compulsory auction against immovables E in the Jeju District Court.

Basic Facts

A. On March 31, 2004, F prepared a notarial deed No. 2176 of 2004, document No. 2004 (hereinafter “instant notarial deed”). On February 15, 2013, F transferred a claim based on the said notarial deed to G to the Plaintiff, and notified the Plaintiff of the assignment of the claim. On January 29, 2014, the Plaintiff received an execution clause succession to the instant notarial deed from the law firm in writing.

B. On March 22, 2016, G was ordered to pay 38,60,000 won and 15% interest per annum from the above court to Defendant A to the effect that “G would pay 38,60,000 won with 15% interest per annum from the day after the original of the payment order was served to Defendant A,” and the above payment order was finalized on April 9, 2016. Defendant B applied to the above court for 30.5% interest from the above court to the effect that “G would receive 10,00,000 won and 10.5% interest per annum from the above court to the day when the original of the payment order was repaid.” Defendant B received 30,50,000 won and 20,000 won per annum from the above court to the day when the original of the payment order was served to Defendant D 25,000 won,” and the above payment order was finalized on May 16, 2016.
