1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendant are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 24, 2009, Plaintiff A and the insured entered into an insurance contract in the era of success with Plaintiff A’s A’s Asia, the insurance period from November 24, 2009 to November 24, 209, the death benefit of injury was KRW 50,000,000, and the non-payment of the beneficiary as legal heir at the time of death (hereinafter “instant contract”).

B. The main contents set out in the insurance clauses incorporated into the instant contract are as follows.

Article 15 (Compensation for Loss) (1) If a company has sustained bodily injury (excluding bodily assistance equipment, such as acceptance, performance, bill, doctor's duty, etc.) of an insured (person subject to insurance) (hereinafter referred to as the "insured") as stated in the Insurance Policy (Certificate of Insurance Policy) due to a sudden and incidental accident during the insurance period (hereinafter referred to as the "accident"), it shall compensate for the damage resulting from such injury (hereinafter referred to as "damage") in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Article 16 (Compensation for Non-Compensation) (1) The Company shall not pay compensation for any loss arising from the following causes:

1. The intention of the insured;

4. Self-injury by the insured, suicide, attempted suicide, criminal act under the Criminal Act or act of violence (Provided, That if it is recognized as self-defense under the Criminal Act, emergency evacuation, or legitimate act, compensation shall be made for it);

6. In the event that the insured was injured by an accident as prescribed in Article 15, and the insured died as a direct result, the company is bound to pay to the beneficiary the amount of insurance coverage for the injury, death, and aftermath disability as stipulated in the insurance policy, if the insured died within two years from the date of the accident as a result of the accident.

C.
