1. Circumstances and basic facts of the disposition;

A. The status of the parties A is a company that runs the business of manufacturing and selling reinforced plastics (FRP) and Plaintiff B is the representative director of Plaintiff A.

The Agency for Technology Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises is an institution established pursuant to Article 20 of the Act on the Promotion of Technology Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the Promotion of Technology Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises")

B. On June 29, 201, the Administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration (1) announced on June 29, 201 by the Small and Medium Business Administration C, “D development projects in the second half of 2011” (hereinafter “instant projects”).

A) The implementation plan was publicly announced. Plaintiff A was selected as a person eligible for support by supporting the industrial technology development project among the instant projects around that time. The project operator is selected as a person eligible for support by supporting the industrial technology development project: Plaintiff A research instituteF - The representative of Plaintiff A, B, and C (Defendant) of the Enforcement Decree of the Technology Development Project; and the cost of operating the project should not be paid separately from other government-invested enterprises for the purpose of technological development project.
