1. The defendant is based on the completion of the prescriptive acquisition on November 9, 2004 with respect to the plaintiff's 29 Esong-gun Co., Ltd.'s 29 Esong-gun.

The plaintiff, who was the father of November 8, 1985, cultivated the above land by inheritance of 29 square meters from D, Sung-gun, Kim Jong-gun, Kim Jong-gun, and then cultivated the above land. As such, the prescription period for possession was completed on November 9, 2005, after 20 years from November 8, 1985.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on November 9, 2005 with respect to the above land to the plaintiff.

2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment based on the recommendation of confession.
